Spacers for 06

Hi guys, I am driving a 06 230 with the BBK and I got a pair of custom hubcentric spacers for the front wheels. However, they do not sit properly because of the longer hubs of the front brakes. I am going to try to find a machine shop and see if they can do anything about the spacers. In the worst case, I will grab a pair of H&R. The problem lies here, I stff and read that some people are having problem fitting 10mm or 15mm spacers in the front brakes. If I get the ones that are specifically for my model (06 C230) on the H&R application list (part number 2055665), will they fit perfectly without any adjustment? I can't put on my front wheels because of the BBK right now and running 2 different sets on wheels since I am too lazy to change back the rear wheels to stock ones.

If you get the H&R in 5 or 10mm they won't be the "hubcentric type" of spacer but there should be enough of the hub left for the rim to sit on if you go with 5mm.

If I remember correctly the front hub is ~8mm and therefore with a 5mm you should have 3mm of hub for the rim to sit on. However if you have the type of rim with a beveled edge on the inside (where the hub meets the rim) this won't work. If you go with a 10mm spacer the hub will not mate with the rim at all.
