Question Pictorial Request: How/what to dremal and/or remove from wheel wells to stop rubbing

I think this is a topic that many threads have touched on, however none give a conclusive answer or "how to."

The author would probably be revered as somewhat of a supernatural being.... at least in my book.

umm i would dremal anything on the fender. could cause rust. rolling the fender is the most i would do. otherwise, just get the correct offset of the wheels.

It's around the upper edge of the moulding on the bumper. Stick your finger under there and feel around in the general area, and you'll feel something sticking out. Or, if you have already put your wheels on, and you have rubbed, just look for the part that is worn from the rubbing. The paint on that part would be rubbed off a little.

Ok this is defiantly the piece rubbing (the one circled) I grinded it down with a dremal and have a lot less rubbing around hard turns....

Question: The piece that’s circled has a hollow part.. kind of makes a [] with the inside empty.. do you think if I grinded away the whole outer side i would have a problem? i think the piece helps hold the panels of the car together, however it looks like i should be ok.... ..... help.
