hey guys i have leased a 2007 c230. i have a radio with single cd and six cd changer in glove box. i want to purchase this navigation unit here in the link below. can anyone help me out? will this unit work? if so do i need cables harnesses? can i nstall it myself? it looks to be a european version but i dont know. help me out please! thanks

for a couple hundred more you can get an aftermarket navigation system, dvd, and cd player like a pioneer...but you just cant use ur cd changer afterwards
