srs problem
my srs sign came on and i brought my car to my ex-boss who specialize in MB and he told me that some1 must've sat on the seat to hard and damaged the sensor,he also said that now MB only sell the the sensor with the seat cushion attached, is this true or i can buy just the sensor, and does any1 have it laying around that wants to sell.
my srs error message light came one time, but then went away. i brought it to the attention of my dealer and they said it had some link to an airbag recall they did to my car. it never came on since and my service advisor said it had to do with the steering wheel controls....i don't know how it was related.
I had tweeters put in my car and it came on. I brought it back but the guy claimed he didnt do anything. Right. But luckily the service shop across the street turned the light off with the computer controler.
It came back on again about a month later and its still on but im too lazy to go and get it fixed.

wht203lol did you have a fat person on your passenger seat when it came on? it is a senor seat.

mine came on once when i drove it really hard, i think the bumps in the road combined with really fast driving and shifting and a 90 degree turn taken too fast made it come on
