car looks nice, i remember reading that they debut'd those rims @ SEMA, i really dont like them, only purpose of the rims to show off your BBK's, what happens if you need to clean the brake dust and i bet those brakes would overheat like a mother... lols, nice car, rims are only good for shows

I don't think the wheels were designed to be driven on. Used to flaunt BBK at shows and such.

The wheels are made out of 3" of Lexan and you can drive with them. The back side is coated with some anti-static stuff that is supposed to repel brake dust. I forget who makes them but they are available to the public.

It's always hard to say "I don't like it" when speaking of an S-Class, but as said above, a little overdone.

What's the point of the clear wheels if you cannot drive with them on?

Tee_Tz.
You can drive with them.. They are currently in production by forgiato

http://www.forgiato.com/radurra/about.htm#clear

If your curious as to price, well they are $5000.00 per wheel

the rims would look nice if it had polished lips, like 5" in the rear

I'd still be very skeptical to be driving with those around espcially not at $5k per. To each and their own.

Im not to concerned about the wheels holding up, rather the brakes getting to hot b/c of the lack of air flow.

Id take a set of HRE anyday over these.
