Hmm... Would look kinda odd wouldn't it? Because the middle-bottom portion of the bumper is a bit round, I wonder how that would look.

supershyguy, when will you have pics of the flex? I'm worried about buying a fiberglass kit... let alone a lip.
Many thanks!

My body body shop gave me a quote of $150 CAD per lip.

Supershyguy, the kit looks like it's polyurethane? If it is then it's all good, I thought it was fiberglass at first. My bad.

Hi everyone. i'm new here, I've just discovered this great forum. I live in Europe. You really did a lot of work on your car supershyguy, although not a huge fan of the rear wing.
I would have few questions. Are your headlight Xenon? Because I like the look of it. In Europe to have xenon light, it is compulsory to have "lightwashers" (don't know the name in English) which makes it very expensive to have aftermarket xenon light.
Also ChristianJan, I love your black alloys, can I ask where and how much you paid for them?
Last question. Why to you say in a previous post that AMG>Coupe can't you have AMG Sport Coupe in the US??

if im right, US doesn't officially have AMG version of the coupe. The headlight is Bi-xenon, which is the only projector headlight u can find for coupe. It's OEM, and there are 2 versions, NA version and Euro version, the difference are the light pattern. I donno anything about light washer in euro to be required, i would really wanna know if cops will pull every car over and check to see if they have one lol

Your product? You mean your copied product right? Just because other companies replicate things doesn't make it right.

Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the compliments on the rims. I got them from a group buy here in the forums about a year ago. (wow, didn't even realize how long it's been.) And the group buy price was $800 I believe. Oh and the AMG>Coupe thing, I'm referring to the fact that the coupe doesn't have the AMG engine and I'd rather have and AMG than a coupe due to it's performance, nothing related to it's cosmetics. But the AMG coupe looks nice too.

Obviously all cops won't know the difference between bi-xenon, and regular lights, but every 2 years we have to pass MOT where they check everything is correct and safe.
The problem with bi xenon, is that the beam is stronger and if the headlights are not clean it can change the direction of the beam.
Also, bi xenon lights are combined with an automatic correction of the height of the beam.
So for us poor Europeans, to instal bi xenon, we have to instal light washer which implies to change the front bumper, plus to buy the new calculator for the automatic correction. Total cost around € 3/4000.

That's why I was hoping your lights were just projector headlight like on the previous ML.

As fot the AMG coupe , they exist in Europe, both CS 30 cdi AMG and CS 32 AMG. I really thought the CS 32 AMG was availlable in the US although I didn't expect there's ever been a 30 cdi in the US.

ChristianJan: WOW, great deal $800 is really cheap for 19" plus if they are AMG, plus they are black. My little 18" are genuinely in the aftermarket around € 2500. BTW do you have more pics.
