Saw this on Ebay...Does it work?
I came across this on ebay. Has anybody tried this or even heard of this. Just wondering what other people think about this. If it does what it says then maybe its worth a shoot (performance gains is more important not fuel saving). Its cheap enough. The most important thing is will it work on the M271 Kompressor engine? I am going to ask that queston to the seller anyway.

I noticed fuel gains in my expedition using a fuel product similar, but as far as power goes no realization of power gain. I don't think the product would be as useful on our cars, they dont have huge ford gas guzzling pos's posing as engines. Our cars probably already have the best fuel mileage they can get, unless you install new spark plugs and filter, but that at best is just regaining lost power/ mpg

That's a true statement, but it doesn't say it can, just says "if". The problem is you probably need to pump half an atmosphere of air more into the engine, about 7-8 PSI to make that happen and of course 50% more fuel too (cars don't run well on just more air). So maybe that kit along with a turbo should do it.

Just like that? Wow, it's so simple! Or maybe make some money by selling the OEM compressor and installing this one? And If I get two compressors, will I qualify for something like "Kompressor Core Duo"? Intel has it... Crooks

If you doubled the air in the compression chamber then you would have a C320 Kompressor, haha, no C640... Think about it, your C320 has about 215HP and the C32 Kompressor is 349HP, basically the same engine, not quite double but they don't double the air on the C32 over a C320, that would be 15 PSI but you can see that it's fairly porpotionate. Of course it's not that easy, the C32's engine is built to withstand the extra power and the ECU, injectors and such are designed for 349HP. Taking your engine to 800HP is possible by quadupling the air, but not with the stock pistons, injectors, cam, fuel mappings, fuel pump, etc. It's best to put a big block Hemi in there, keeping the Daimler-Chrysler heritage.
