2002 C240 6 spd manual
Anyone else have/had this problem?
I have a rattle coming from the housing where the rain sensor is. It sounds like something is loose inside. Does anyone else have this problem or have you had this problem? If you did, was the dealer able to fix it?

Just rip off the box and see if anything inside is loose, that might save you a trip to the dealership.

There have been times I wanted to..........I doubt the warranty covers failure of a part due to driver bashing.....

Just tell them that it feel off by itself! Eventhough nobody is going to believe you, its hard for them to prove that you broke it. They will fix it under warranty eventually.
