Hi,
I think I'll be in the market soon for a small extra car for our household. I want something safe and reliable and something I'm comfortable having our son in. But at the same time, I don't want to spend a ton of money either on a car that our nanny will also be driving on her personal trips (including dates, etc.) Plus she's more comfortable driving smaller cars.
So I've been looking at used 2003-2004 Volvos and Mercedes and that's been a time wasting experience this past two weekends. A lot of "super clean", "like new" cars have been anything but.
So I'm thinking maybe I can pick up a good deal on a new 203 when the 204s start to hit. I know there will be incentives to the dealer which should allow them to sell the leftover 203s below "invoice". But how much below do you guys think it will get? And how do you find out what the total package is of incentives so you know where to start the negotiation?
Thanks!
