Blower Fan motor killing batter 2001 C320

Im betting others have had this issue, theres a low hum behind the GPS/Radio system, it is killing the battery after the car sits all night, I believe just like the ball joint problem that many have experienced this would be another issue, if you have had this problem can you post your resolution, also post any "recall" notices if any, but IMHO there should be plenty.

that low hum is the ventilation system of the comand unit. The CAN network is staying awake. Most probably due to a bad seat control unit. Unplug the drivers seat control unit and see if the problem persists. Sit in the car and wait 10 seconds to see if it shuts off. If not, repeat with passanger side. Search the 203 section. There are tons of threads on this issue.
