K, guys. Let's get back on topic.

Carbon fiber diffuser WILL be expensive and WILL be more expensive than the front lip that Euroteck has.

All those that want it that bad...better fork up those $$$. Nuff said. Nothing to debate about, unless of course there is someone who has easy access to all the materials and components necessary to make one themselves.

Not everybody is going to be spoon fed or handed mods to them on a silver platter, so for those of you that really, really want it. Do some research. Make some calls. Dish out the money and I guarantee, it no longer becomes "impossible".

For those that don't want to do it, well #1) you're obviously not "that" serious about it, #2) step to the back of the room and wait for someone to spoon feed you, #3) when it is spoon fed to you, don't *** complain about the price!

hmm, never really thought about a cf diffuser for the c class, i think it would look out of place, the one on my m3 looks awesome, but i don;t think it would look good on a benz, there's no "spot" for it, it would look out of place imo

shameless plug of my diffuser!

I beg to differ. There is a perfect spot for it. Look at Anthuny's ride. Carbon fiber diffuser and carbon fiber front lip go together like 2 peas in a pod.

csl diffuser on a AW M3 is ****! combine that with the milletek exhaust

I'm probably going to go with the all cf CSL diffuser though, b/c I'm too lazy to have it painted and it's not like anyone can tell the difference on black.

here's a link to one of the older posts regarding this topic:

edit: for those of you that missed this, here's a p-shop of a "csl-style" diffuser... (it's in the thread link I posted)

thanks

Interesting topic, i don't know though, unless the diffuser was "built in" to the bumper, i think it would look out of place, similar to the acs diffuser for the m3, that looks odd imo because it's bolted on and "sticks out"

I think the ACS diffuser looks like *** b/c of the chrome. if it weren't so bling bling it would actually be pretty decent.

that's one of the problems for the production of something like this for the w203. it needs to be really thin or else it'll stick out...

For my personal taste (well there isn't really a place to put a rear dif on a brabus rear...well...) I wouldn't have it protrude too much like the M3 difs, very subtle, lying a cm or two on top of the current 05 rear.

flip

edit: oh, btw drex, phil and i revved up the supercar yesterday - kleemann sounds good in/out of the cabin!

i didnt mean to be "cheap" about this..but its jus my personal take on this idea..i know its real carbon and the production will be expensive, especially for test dummies, i think itll look great no doubt. if i had the extra cash for stuff like this i would def go for it, especially since i looked into the diffuser mod myself with the flat vinyl.
