Angry 2002 W203 Door trim removal

I have searched the forums and found some details but i have the following prob, I have the Passenger door lock bouncing when locking the car, i want to remove the door trim to see whats going on.

I have found the threads on the door trims, i can remove the SRS screw and the door latch screw but there are no screw caps anywhere on the handle.

it's a complete plastic unit. Any idea's?

Interesting, I have that issue on my driver's door, and it just showed up yesterday. Post back here to let me know what the resolution is, and watch out until you have it fixed, because although the alarm is setting, the door won't be locked unless you re-lock the system and hope that the lock falls down instead of bouncing back up.

The door on the passenger side is held in with two screws on the handle, both under the pull handle. the handle has two small depressions where you can inset a soft screwdriver and pop the face of the handle off.

Once the two screws are out, you can start pulling the door off from around the perimeter's plastic hold-downs, and then finally, the top lifts straight up when the left, right, and bottom are freed.

Install is exactly backwards. I found it was easier when I did my rear door replacement speakers that having the window down all the way or even just a few inches helps greatly.

Dont forget about the screw behind the SRS badge. Just stick a screw driver and pry it off. And there are two screws that hold on the cover for the door latch.
