also, they were originally black fronts and silver rears. didn't match up well.
this is the full Stoptech BBK
on your calipers, the surface is rough. paint doesn't show up well on them.
on my C230 (which had the same calipers as you), i painted them black.
anything else will show the rough surface better.
unless you grind/polish them down like this:

355mm front and 328mm rear brakes is about as big as it gets for a W203
also, they were originally black fronts and silver rears. didn't match up well.

very easy. i recommend the G2 kit from performanceproducts.com
basically, you clean the calipers, mix the paint and epoxy hardener and brush it on.
mix half at a time as it doesn't last too long once it's mixed.

I think they'd look better with some kind of decals on the calipers. If you can't get Stoptech decals, at least the white Mercedes Benz decals from www.xenonmods.com should look good.
