I am in

So did the strut bar make a difference? My experience is they vary from no difference to a drastic difference, depending on the car. Just curious where the C-Class fits in there.

anybody mention a new steering wheel? i'm partial to the steering wheel found in the newer c's (tri-something...spoke?). There was a slick (carbon fiber i think) steering wheel i saw somewhere in the forum.
I'm assuming you'd still be able to keep the funcitonality of the buttons

Are you getting the F1 Safety Steering wheel?

I'm loving the CF Shift Knob. Congrats man! Can't wait to see all of the things on!

Well, that is a good thing, as that means MB did a good job of making the chassis stiff enough to keep the engine apron from flexing.

So the strut bar would be purely cosmetic, which is Ok, as I like the look.

If you have that red wheel you should do some interior red and paint the calipers red to match!

Very nice wheel,
but I don't see the thumb-grips ?

don't the C32 steering wheels have the thumb grips like the regular C-Class wheels ?

kinda like this:

kinda like this:
that is the AMG F1 Medical Car Wheel, which is the only one with thumb-grips except the newer 2005+ 3-spoke wheels

yes, that's my F1 Medical Car AMG steering wheel,
but i know for a fact that many many C-Classes (coupes & sedans) pre-2005 have the thumb grips.
Doug (Citron) has them on his 2003 C-Coupé
my wife has them on her 2004 C-Sedan
Pinchee has them on his 2003 C32

so
