FULL brake job; front/rear...Mrs cummute car, 03' C240
Alright ladies and gentlemen... my first post here!
The Mrs tells me this "Honey I've got a really bad squealing noise when I step on my brake". I guess it's been going on for weeks and I was just informed today
Damn it, I've already made plans for today... to go out with the fellows and spend some R&R playing Texas Hold'em poker at commerce casino. I need help pronto... please!
Okay, here is my dilemma;
After a good 10 minutes of wrestling the front&rear tires (Num-Nuts from the stealership prolly forgot to add a thin layer of anti-seize compound from the last service) and further inspections... this is what I've found.
Front brakes pads are worn down to about 20% and them pads dug a good size groove on the rotor... prolly about 2mm deep.
Rear brakes aren't so bad... pads prolly down to 40% and the rotor can still be turn.
See images below;
I'd like to know if there are auto parts store that are OPEN today and would have all the parts I need, most auto parts store I've called so far tells me that they'd have to special order it and they'll have them within 48 hours
Searching the forum didn't yield any good result(s) for me... but tons of performance upgrades though on the braking system.
I'm NOT really looking for an upgrade here, just OEM stuff.
Sorry for the short notice and I thank you in advance for any recommendations.

If we knew where you lived someone might be able to help. I have a complete set of factory brakes with a little miles I replace all with AMG stuff. Just sitting on the shelf.

I picked up the whole set (front and rear) for less than $300... and all the parts looked brand new.
Front brakes were fairly easy while them rear brakes were a wee bit tricky... but manage to get the job done in an hour, the Mrs was happy
I'm off to commerce casino
Thanks ya'll...
