Why are people listing like 10 items and coming soon items... [lol], isn't the question your 'first' mod. Or did you guys go them at the same time. 
My first was rims.
By the way, this would be better if it were in a poll format, be easier to read the data and see what's the most common first mod.

First mod was already done before I bought the car (de-badged by the dealership, per my request). The good thing was that it looked clean off the bat, the bad thing was that they put it in the showroom next to a Maybach, so people were already inquiring about it immediately. Had to go in and pick up my car before someone offered a ridiculous amount of money for it...LOL.
First Mod that I did was replace the high beam bulbs to NOKYA Arctic White bulbs and Parking Light bulbs to PIAA Xtreme white.
What's crazy is it was 1 of 30 (that I could think of) that I've already done...And a grip more to come. Most people would say that I wasted money on a "C Class," but nobody can say that my car isn't unique, in styling AND performance.

Ofcourse, there is still a little on the flat hood emblem, but I don't have any Carlson or Brabus parts to wear one of those badges.

cars in the shop atm, when i get it out i'll post some pics. its not dark at all wish it was darker, but down where i stay in MS, tint laws just got stricter and are being enforced. i would probably have gotten 20% if i could though. been wanting to get my whole front windshield tinted like 70% with hooperoptik film, but again that is illegal where i stay LOL.

2003 C230K Coupe Orion Blue
1st: Bi-Xenons - makes the car look like a CLK to non-MB people (only C-coupe can fool people), very sexy, visibility is MUCH better. Single best mod/option for the W203 imo.
2nd: AMG C32 swaybars - lets car corner faster, more balanced. Best bang for your buck imo.
3rd: AMG C32 17" staggered rims - even firmer cornering.
4th: E-class mirror blinkers (near future, package still in transit) - adds 15hp to engine output, which is even more improvement than a big fat rear spoiler with racing stripes and stickers.
