FYI 2001 & 2003 C-320 differences
I just traded my 01 C-320 for an 03 and there are some subtle differences I noticed. (if anyone is interested 
)
1- the rear seat a/c vents now have their own blower
, but the bad news is the center console storage is cut in half.
2- the power steering wheel adjustment is now on the steering collumn and not on the door in the power seat adjustment group (this does'nt make sense!)
3- the a/c has a new max auto cool function that is a very welcome improvement (especially in Hawaii)
4- ride comfort has improved noticably.
5- same drivetrain, but the window sticker shows 1 mpg better.
6- chrome star on the rims.

I didnt know that was a new feature.
Max Cool: If internal temp rises above a certain threshold, the AC is set to Maximum Cooling at Maximum Fan until the temp is under control and then it switches to normal ac behaviour.

sports package?
From what I've seen on the forums, I think someone noted that the sports package is no longer available as an option... I recall trying to put one together and looked for the sports package option but couldn't find it at the time. Maybe that's been updated...

320 Changes
The rear end gear ratio was changed in 2002. This gives a little better fuel economy but it increases the 0 to 60 time by .3 tenths of a second.
The ride must have something to do with the tires since no spring rate changes were made. If the o1 was a sport model, then this change would be noticeable exception.
My 01 320 has been a quality nightmare since day 1. It's out of here very soon and will not be replaced with another over priced C320.
