Clicking noise when I brake?

Your car is old and past its expiration date and funny noises are bound to happen. Does the clicking happen when you press the brake or when the car rebounds from a hard stop? It's possible that your suspension bits are starting to go like bushings and what you hear is the play in the suspension and steering components as they slap against each other. Jack up the car, get under it and shake the suspension parts and look for any play.

ya ya sounds about right. I can feel it through out my car esp when the brake peddle and maybe even the steering wheel.
