Opinion: Are LED Underlights...

Opinion: Are LED Underlights...
Hey guys, I was wondering what you though about LED Underlights that are used FOR SHOW ONLY! I know alot of people bash on neons and I agree they look pretty dumb. LED's look cleaner I think, plus as I said, its for show, not to be having on when im driving at night to "look cool"
Im getting mine installed on monday along with my stereo and I just wanted to know what you all thought. They are going to match the illuminated door sills I will be getting eventually.
Which brings me to another question
Next month I get paid again, and can either afford the Door Sills, or a nice OZ rim set. What one should I get?
Back to the LED question, If you guys would like to see them I can take a picture of them monday night. I should have my blackout grille installed then to. My CF lip comes in next week along with my exhaust, blackout sideblinkers, smoked headlights. Then most likely the wek after that i get my smoked tail lights and KW V2's

For me, I couldn't care less about LED's under the car, not bashing you,
just my opinion. They're also actually illegal, but like you said, just for show.
Not when the car is running.
If you have a choice between OZ rims, and door sills, well
thats a no brainer. OZ rims without a doubt!
Smoked headlights? Hmmm...that sounds very illegal, and too obvious.
I'm gonna smoke my tails this weekend.
But just so they're not pink. Get 'em a nice smokey deep red color, but still
a little red so as to be legal.
Also installing my Xenon's too. 6500K from ebay.
I'll see if they're junk or what.

Hehe i told myself as soon as spring hits i would get a loan and hit up some mods.
So I did ^.^
yeah I think the rims will rock way more attention at the car show than the door sills since its a day show. So that will be next months purchase!

I totally agree with you on the LEDs....i think if u have the right car, they can make it look even better. My bro got an underglow LED kit for under $200 CDN and at night the car looks sweet.

Very true, it is ricey, but like i said, its only for shows or MAYBE to occasional parking lot. Once i get everything installed ill take some pictures. I ordered most of it on thursday of friday so we are looking at about friday next week before everything is here and installed. the KW V2s might take a while since they are being shipped from germany. >.<
