I have it. It works pretty well. I'd say the MB kit that Steve (BenzNL) sells is probably a touch clearer/consistent, but the Argos Bluetooth is a bit more convenient.
Installing isn't too bad - but you have to make sure you have the right fiber optic cables and connect them correctly. There's a write-up on this forum, so you should be able to search for "Argos Bluetooth" and find that thread.
I picked-up mine used from the forum. Check the classifieds as they pop-up every once in a while.

I installed it and it was relatively painless. There are some great DIY threads somewhere on this forum. The wiring was the only painful piece, but overall it works great.
