Help! Disasterous Problem with C240

My 01' C240 is throwing codes like crazy. It started flashing "ABS, ESP, BAS, Brake Lining replacement, Faulty display and Check Engine". It also wouldn't let me shift from first to drive!

I already took it to the dealership and they said everything was "normal". So any of you guys experience the same thing or have any ideas???

P.S- I'm pretty close to trading this thing in for a BMW or something more reliable than an MB.

I was receiving BAS and ESP error codes intermittently on my '03 C240. Turns out there was a tech bulletin, something about the wires being too short to one of the wheels sensors and that it needed to be extended. Not sure if this is the same issue you're running into or not.

Press and hold the CTRL-ALT-DEL keys, this will reboot your car and it will be back to normal. Happens all the time to my computer, no problem.

Huh? My OS X C32 has never had that happen.

LOL, scrap Windows and Mac, Get LINUX

On the serious side :P, this does happen to my dad's 03 C240... The ESP, BAS, and another sign comes one at once..its only the three though.

I try to tell my dad to get it fixed, but all he says, "Oh, the dealer forgot to reset the comp...".

Had this happen when I installed HID's.

Have you done anything to the electrical system?
Spliced anything in?
Done anything to the car lately?
Or just a random thing?

Normal? Yeh, I gotta laugh too.
Some dealer you got there.
"Yeh, just drive around in 2nd gear, you'll get used to it".

Check your fuses.

Apparently it was a Faulty ESP module........conveniently.....whatever. I think this is my first and last Mercedes these cars aren't worth their weight in gas.

I was for buying one.
