2002 c230K w/ Command

I have the oppurtunity to purchase a used (10k miles) 2002 c230K 6-speed with command , c5, c7, powered & heated seats (c2 I think) for about $25K (US). I was curious what's your opinion on command if you have it, are there any extra fees (annualy monthly etc) that are required, and what's your opinion on the head unit as a radio/cd player?? Also do you guys think this is a good deal, if not what's a good offer for this??
