Every state has different criteria for declaring a car as a "lemon". Three attempts to fix seems very low. In California, a car must be out of service for over 60 days for the same issue before you can apply for the lemon law (that is just one of the criteria).

I suggest you check with your states DMV web site for specifics on your case.

Oh by the way, lemon laws apply to original owners of new vehicles. If you bought through private party, used lot or CPO, you're SOL.

That would be bad, have someone chuck lemons at your car. Just get a one of those PDR people to remove all the dents.

Or if your problems are of a legal nature, get an attorney as a) you'll need one to fight, MB, they don't have and arbitration program, b) they'll know the rules.

BTW, California is 4 times same problem or 30 days in the shop in first 18 months. I should know, did 2 cars, MB and Infiniti, won both.
