A lot of people are unsure if they're going to show up or not, so I'm going to make a 'possible' guest list:
People You Might See At The Boston Meet:
KevBlah
dnasty8305
rlee02135
C24owner
mannysalsero
55fanatic
germantom-c240
sanf
Cintoman
oh man, it'd be amazing if everyone so far on the list could show up, total w203 BONANZA
any thoughts about food, should we each pack something and feast on the picnic benches, or just use the larz anderson park as a meet and greet and all drive to lunch somewhere?

Hey KevBlah,
You can definitely count me in for Sunday. I'll be dropping the wife and kids off to visit her sister up in Cambridge. So pay no attention to the car seats in the back seat of my car
This is looking to be a pretty decent meet. I think it's great we're all getting together. You always hear about meets over in SoCal or NoCal, but rarely do we ever have one here on the East Coast. So again, GREAT IDEA !! Looking forward to meeting everyone and checking out your cars. I can't say that mine will be polished and shiny as everyone else's ride. But I'm getting up early on Sat to at least do a nice wash. Another thing too....mine's pretty much bone stock.
Great idea about lining up the cars like the BMW pic. Hey, if we have enough cars, maybe we could do a C 2 3 0 (or 320 or 240) pic with the cars. Anyone have access to a helicopter????

Bone stock or not, we're all going to have a great time.
I'd love to do a W203 or something of the sort, but I don't think we're going to have enough cars to manage that. Maybe enough for a Mercedes symbol, but that's about it, haha.
I have access to a helicopter, it's totally Rah-Styled. AMG badges, Tein Stickers and it can even post multiple new threads in the middle of the night.

Haha yeah, I've only been a member of these forums for about two months now, and after several failed attempts at trying to get someone experienced in car meets to arrange one, I decided to give it a shot. I'm happy to say it's coming along nicely and we have quite the little guest list building up.

The Mercedes symbol would be awesome. I think that we would need at least 11 cars. 8 to make the circle -- well an octagon, but close enough-- and 3 for the center.

Too bad about the WPI show. Darn. Maybe if they have it next year, we can get a strong showing of W203's there.
55fanatic: I saw the pics you had from last year's Newport, RI meet. Funny sh*t about using a fork lift. Hey, whatever works, plus it gave a great resulting picture. As I believe I mentioned in your other meet post, I'll be going to the Newport one this year in July. Can't wait.
Count me in as another person with a camera. It's a tiny 3.2 megapixel one, but it does the job. I'll try to find my tripod too. And I'm all for the Mercedes symbols made from our cars together.

BAD NEWS EVERYONE!
I won't be able to make it tomorrow...........with my facelifted headlights.
But at least I got my car fully detailed today, so I'll be there nice and sparkling clean tomorrow, but with frosted headlights.
