PhantomPlate: anyone tried it?

I just read this article and apparently it may be a loophole in some state laws. I've been caught be the camera twice already so i might try it out.

article: http://washingtontimes.com/national/...0901-3612r.htm

website: http://www.phantomplate.com/

video: http://www.phantomplate.com/vidpop_kxan.html

what do you guys think?

A) I highly doubt that product works.
B) Why not just obey the speed limits? I've had my license for 5 years (since 16) and have not been pulled over once, let alone received a ticket. And to boot, I'm never late for my appointments!

Save your money. It is like that spray to cover your bald spot. It does not fool anyone. The camera still sees the plate.

Simpliest thing to do is register yor car in the name of a person of the opposite sex. Wife, sister, aunt. If a ticket arrives, she simply sends a picture of her license with a note "Nope, not me in the picture, sorry." Thanks to our constitution, you cannot be forced to rat out the driver. They do try to make you think they can, but it is just bill collector . Ever wonder why so many LAPD cops are driving cars registered in their wife's name?

i dont have the spray but i have a plate cover that is clear and blocks out the last 3 digits of the plate number when looked at from any angle, and sice the cameras are up on a pole they just get a pic of a blurry plate. i bought it from ebay i forget the name but check out there plate covers and you will find it and it does work!

Talking Tickets from a camera........

As far as tickets for eating red lights ( like in nyc for instance) Just say that there was a fire truck or ambulance that needed to get through so you gave it a lane. It's worked for me 4 out of 4 times!!!!!!!!!

I heard it works. Friend of mine has it.

I sprayed my whole car in the stuff the other day... now when I take pics of my car there is just a big blur... weird... lol

But yea the stuff does work pretty good... or you can just stop running red lights maybe? That can cause an accident.
