You guys do know what's going to happen right? His next post is going to be something along the lines of: "Ya'll are whack. That's real Gucci yo. Quit hating on my whip."

Actually, Gucci DOES have a GG pattern jeans... Me and the GF saw a 'oversized' lady trying it out at the shop a while back and I rushed out the shop with tears in my eyes from laughing...

Quote: If they were, they'd be making car covers and GG pattern jeans and even GG covered Timberlands. They make what they've always made but unfortunately in the US, people have turned it into crap.

Quote: You may think Gucci designs their stuff with hip hop in mind but they don't. What I'm saying is that Gucci has been putting those GG's patterns on their shoes since I could walk so you aren't correct in your statement that they have changed their designs to accommodate the hip hop world. If they were, they'd be making car covers and GG pattern jeans and even GG covered Timberlands. They make what they've always made but unfortunately in the US, people have turned it into crap.

Living in the NYC metro area, are you ever impressed when you see a woman carrying a Chanel or Prada bag? Or what about a guy wearing a Rolex? Hell no because 50% of them are fakes. There are more women carrying their fake Hermes bag than Hermes makes. Are we to conclude that there are that many women who can afford a $12k leather purse? And it brings me back to this car...What the hell kind of douche would want Gucci G's all over their car?

You're right, these companies have been putting their logos on their products for many years. I guess just every once in a while I see something like this hat, which I cannot imagine many non-hip hop type people wearing, and I generalize about their product lines. But most of their stuff can still be European which is stylish and elegant.

And no as someone who lives in this area I am not impressed when I see any of these bags or clothes or whatever. Most as you say are fake and out of the real ones probably half are bought on credit. I know someone who works in the LV store here and we were talking one day and she herself said how many people come in to buy something and they hand her credit cards that are declined or checks that later bounce.

None of these high end clothing designers sell their material "by the roll", for just this reason. Its one thing to do this with real material (although still tacky), its another to use fake material.

I like it. It doesn't make me dizzy at all. Its something different, you don't see all the time. Plus for the people saying spinner and chrome stuff, I don't have any of that.

So, the AMG in the headrests must be as real as the gucci fabric? That is about as cool as when Jeremy Clarkson turned the inside of a s320 into an english cottage..... not very. Way to ruin a benz.

definitely not an AMG. the seats aren't AMG and it looks like the patterened aluminum trim that comes standard on the 05 and up C-Class Sport models.

NVM, I was right it is an 05 C230: https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...15#post1883215

man, what a way to ruin a good car.

Personally, i really don't care what you do to your car (if it's your car or not) since we all have different taste. But your response to why you have no idea why other members of this forum is disliking your taste, just tells me you're straight up stupid!

wasn't there a thread about this goofy car when it was on eBay ???

too lazy to go looking for it, but probably just needs to be merged with that useless thread.

I think the only way those GUCCI inserts would be acceptable is if the owner of the car was a girl. No offense to the owner. But if a girl did this, then there would prolly be no flamming or very very little.
Otherwise for a guy to do that to his car would make me wanna question his manliness.
Again...no offense to anyone...just my 2 cents
