Sold It

It has been a wonderful experience owning my Benz but it is time to let go. After going through hefty price during scheduled maintenance which I do not like dealing with, I decided to get rid of my car. I still have my E60 that I enjoy driving. This is an excellent forum and I a learned from everyone's previous posting and thank you....

and MBUSA's great idea to drop free maintenance kicks in !

it's not too long before more and more 2005+'s get dumped
and traded in for BMWs.

It's been rumored that BMW is going to be dropping its included maintenance.

Sorry to see you go. A true six-speed manual driver is hard to find on this forum. I guess that makes me one of those ignorant automatic drivers.

People really need to do research on these cars before they buy them. Too many people complaining about expensive oil changes on this forum.

As they say, when it comes to owning a name brand vehicle, it's not only if you can afford the car, you must also factor if you can maintain the car. Those car salesmen are putting gullible people in cars much too expensive than they can actually afford.
