Advan's C55 AMG, C320 Coupe & BMW E60 thread (Update August 2009)

Hello there.
I really like what you've done with your car.
I was wondering which REMUS exhaust system you have?
Is it the 506001_0504 ? With 2.99"? Or is it the 3.54"?
Do you have any more pictures of your car from the rear?
And other pictures of the exhaust-system? (That would've been nice!)

Mod: Stealth Auto 8000K H7 HID kit
I recently purchased a Stealth Auto 8000k HIT kit for my low beams. My K1 ones have been with me for over 2 years and it finally gave in. I'm not saying the k1 one was a POS, and its not. Its actually a pretty decent kit. but too bad, they don't carry it anymore!

Aaron and Pedro at Stealth Auto is a plus. Great customer service, really appreciate the help.
Product: 8000k H7 HID kit with load capacitors.
I have to say, the quality of the kit is great. Everything seems professionally made. The bulbs are secured in the packaging, the quality of the wires seem pretty sweet. The ignitor and ballast are sealed correctly. The load capacitors are quality made as well. AND the best is that this kit is backed up with Stealth Auto's LIFE TIME WARRANTY, they got you covered!
The down of this kit? yes. The zip ties and double stick that came with the kit. its a piece of crap. the zip tie broke even before I zipped anything, I ended up using my own. The double stick didn't even stick! But then again, this is all artificial
nothing to do with the kit!
Yes, everyone questions the "light ouput". The color, and output is amazing. It actually looks brighter than the K1 kit! I have pictures of the k1 kit's output, I havn't gotten the chance to take pictures of the output on THIS kit.
Installation: 6.5/10 (10 being the hardest to do). For me, it is actually a 3/10 thats because I have previous knowledge of HID installation, but for someone that never done it. its pretty confusing!
I have to say, installing this kit on the W203 MIGHT be a little hassel. because our h7 bulbs sit on this "metal" piece (one that lets us twist the bulb securely into the socket/headlight), we have to "custom" fit this piece with the h7 hid kit, since it doesnt come with it. The bulb is attached to this other wire that connects the ballast to the existing socket. (these two are attached by this circular rubber water sealant I believe (see pics below). We have to simply cut that off, and fit the metal piece by the bulb, otherwise the bulbs will not fit into our headlights. Then of course, theres the typical drill a hole into your dustcaps. (but remember to seal off the holes with electrical tape). But the installation is not hard!
I would seriously reccommend this kit, and purchase again if I have to.
Heres an A+ from advans:
enjoy.
