Matching Door Handles?

Matching Door Handles?
hi all! I was browsing the member pics here and I notices that some of you had matching door handles. I think the Euopean models come standard with them (maybe?) but how do I get a hold of some over here in the US? Would they be difficult to install?

got mine done last week!
well first, ya it was 140 total for both handles.. let me read you the bill actually...
2 door handles at 25.50 each
1 guide at 69.00
1 cap at 13.00
for a total of 133.00+5% Maryland sales tax=$139.65
BUT WAIT!!!! the best part....
freakin $144 for installation. which is annoying since i know that it took them about 15 minutes to put in. but oh well.
grand total= $283.65 pretty ridiculous huh
but im very happy with em.

Is the guide really essential, does anyone know what is the purpose of the guide.
