Which Service Adisor at Mercedes Benz of Anaheim

Which Service Adisor at Mercedes Benz of Anaheim
My C320 is in need of a warranty repair and I am planning to visit Mercedes Benz of Anaheim (formerly, Caliber Motors of Anaheim Hills) for the service. I have been given three names of service advisors to go to there; Randy, Gary, and Dave. With whom do you recommend me to make an appointment? Which one of them has more customer oriented attitude and has more discretionary power to make decisions? Or, do you have someone else to recommend other than those three I mentioned?

my service adviser used to be Carlos(great person), but then he left, so his buddy Mario (which is also awesome) too care of me.
but now Mario quit his job too..
Last time i made an appointment in March 07, i have Dave as my adviser..... i think hes just okay, charged me 160ish for A serivce...and he made me do this "brake fluid service", which i dont think its nesscassary.
i have got my brake changed in october 06, and im sure this job has already been done.......
oh and he also quoted me next time my brake goes out, i will need new rotors for front(he said mb rotors needs to get replace every other time brake pads are chaged, true?), and pads on all 4 corners.....and he gave me a redicilous numbers.......
i actually want to look for a new service adviser too......

Skipping this dealer entirely, I like Bill Chow at House of Imports. He's a straightforward guy and won't screw you over. I had the idle pulley & a belt replaced on my '06 C230 (common problem on the '06 from what I read) under warranty with no problems. They have good brownies and snacks, too.
