Being the only one here with both cars, I definitely see a slew of similiarities. The overall shape is vaguely similar, as is the aforemetioned rear end.
The funny thing is that 10 years from now, the ccoupe will be an afterthought, while the crx will continue its current cult status. Not to mention its ability to kick any ccoupe's *** in a track day of course. It's really the crx that suffers in being compared to the ccoupe, not the other way around. The fun to drive quotient is not even close.

What is the point here? I'm lost.
I posted pics long ago of the similarities of the coupey with
a AMC Pacer, mostly in jest, thought the similarities exist. No one even bothered to respond.
Someone makes a comparison to a Honda, and everyone's got their panties in a bunch.
Whatever.
I've thought for years that the Italian's had their hand in the body of the coupe, but so far I can't get confirmation.
Guess who had something to do with that early series CRX? (Bertone actually)
The C coupe blows doors style wise.
I feel certain Guigario had a hand in the c coupe. ie Italdesign.
Just as they've had a hand in the design of 1/2 the cars on the road.
You can tell by the flowing lines. his tell tale signiture.
