Service Loaner

I get my Beast serviced at a different 'stealership' than the stealership who sold me the car; here's what they do.
This dealer has 70 service bays. They can handle (and at times i'm told they do) 140 services per day. It would be unpractical for this dealer to give each service customer a MB as a loaner. So what they do is give you a $30-credit per day towards an Enterprise Rental car (conveniently located inside the dealership). You can get a mid-sized car with the credit (camry or taurus), or upgrade to a different car. For an extra $5 per day, I was fortunate to be able to tour-around in a Yukon (lots and lots of body-roll, great power/brakes).
Calling to ask b/4 you schedule your appt. and bring your car in seems to be pretty-sound advice.
Let us know what the outcome was.

I have been to a dealership in Irving, TX that has a professionally printed sign at each sales desk, telling customers that free loaner cars are reserved for customers who purchase their cars at that dealership, and that cars were available for RENT by all others... what snobs!
Botom line... Call around and ask.
