EVE
Series: "San Diego SCCA Days" (56Ks salty :\)
Hope everyone had a fun and exciting memorial day weekend - I visited an old friend down South (San Diego) and we happened to crash a few SCCA parties. while driving past Qualcomm stadium. I couldn't hold back the crappy point and shoot (and hell, Eve happened to be clean after an hour and a half drive, so why not?). Anyway, these events were organized by two motorsport clubs: the lotus club of america and porsche club of america. Now we all know BMW's got a crowd, but does everyone here think too highly of an MB to be tracking them? =(.
Some of these drivers have been doing these events for almost a decade (I spoke to a few of them). The local Santa Anita park looks unused EVERYDAY... why not try developing an autocross event?
Hope everyone enjoys these pictures - it was ridiculously awesome watching the GT3s tear it up!

Jose, nice photos. for a point and shoot, you've got skills.
Now do you or some else adjust the photos (brightness/contrast) on a photo editor software?. Pictures are very sharp.

Pics look really good, bro (despite all the excess sunlight/shadows). Too bad they didn't let you run!

yea im switching up the whole look of my car, on to the black and white theme, got a custom brabus rocket style grill in black, cf lip, and im becoming very indecisive on what set of black wheels to go with if i go with 19s. i kinda want to dump it hard on 18's like you lol. but the budgets tight, even tho LM's are my love.

Great shots as always J.
I have a buddy who drives in the Solo II series. he drives a Fiat X1/9 powered with the RSX Type S engine. Here is a link to his pics:

I have driven the Solo II at Qualcomm in the X, and it is a blast. I used to wrench for the guy, but now that my time is limited I'm not able to work with him much anymore. I was a part of a team that assisted with shoehorning that RSX motor into the car.
I don't know the name of the guy who owns the GT3 Porsche, but he is a test driver for a magazine and is number one in his class. He is a BIG Kahuna. SCCA has some classification for a top driver, something called emminance or other.
Let me know if you guys get together for another shoot. I'm looking to show off my BIX!!!
