no kidding- i have learned to get creative when snaking wires around doing other installs in the past. one thing is for sure- i am glad the load of my amps doesn't require the use of 0 guage.

i am using knukonceptz- 4ga kolossus kable which is equivalent to 3ga. that is running to a distro block in the back then into two runs of 8ga kolossus kable to each of the amps.

I used 0/1 Gauge and I made my own hole with a step bit and then sealed it with gorrilla snot (type of sticky putty) and silicon. ***** part was running it to the back with next to no room...

what gauge are you running? there is a couple of places behind the battery and also behind the Fuse box that are pretty easy to run smaller gauge wires... I drilled min on the battery side just behind the battery and it dropped right down to the phone/GPS receiver cover below the pass. side carpet. This is where I mounted my XM/Navtraffic receiver and my Ipod Box as well. Great palce to put things there is a lot of room there... I could have probably put a amp there.

pics?
it's knukonceptz 4ga which is actually 3ga. i am going to have to have a look behind this cover. i need a place to mount my inline fuse holder as well as my RF 3sixty- this might just be the place.

Yeah I think it will hold both of those... I will get you pics when I get home from work... I had my XM and Ipod boxes originally in the glove box where the CD changer was until I tested it all then I took apart behind the glove box and there was no room I was like damn I am going to have to cram it in the little space that I had... Then as I was going to run wire I pulled the carpet back and low and behold a really nice area with a metal cover to protect the equipment... It was a great discovery for sure.

a 3sixty isn't an amp- it's a processor/eq that integrates into the factory head unit. it doesn't get hot- it should be ok in that space behind the dash. the amps are going in the trunk under a false floor.

I know I would have hooked up a fan, I have my amps very much so hidden with cooling fans. I am a MECP installer and would never recommend putting one down there without a cooling fan of bigger size then 20mm... It has a great spot on the cover for one too..
