Pics of the damage
Here it is

This pic makes it look like no biggie. I think it is because the lighting is bad, and the car has a dark color.

Ahhh, Mr. Concrete barrier, nice to see you left something behind.

This weekend I'll get out the rubbing compound, and see what I can do.
Any thoughts on how to handle this?

Pretty Deep actually. But, I need to start getting off the concrete's paint that is covering my paint to know how deep.
There are two gouges that you can't really see. They are about the size of a 50 cent piece on the plastic lower panel.
I might just put a sticker on it that says, "This is what happened to the last guy."

Ed, try Meguiar's Body Scrub and then some Clay Bar, and then Gold Class Polish.
I can't see the pics at work, but I'll look at it at home. Perhaps a good detailer can get it out?
Also have you ever heard about Carsmetics? They are in Costa Mesa and do great repair work for cheap.

You should try 3M finesse-it finishing material too, that may take out some of the color from the block...

Mang, I'm feeling like sympathy was yestarday.
Today, the saying is, "your wasting my MFing time!"
I think that is from the movie Heat with Al Pacino.
I was actually thinking of looking how much low mileage 2002 Coupes are going for. Take my parts with me, and go to a vehicle with no damage.
