Use Klasse AOI and keep applying, rubbing hard, applying until all the unwanted paint is gone. If you're lucky it's all surface transfer. Use paintless dent removal for any dents (not always possible, but ask them). The advice of using Carsmetics is probably the best....that's what they do. Sorry about your brain fart, at least it's only cosmetic. Once it's fixed you'll forget all about it (except when exiting parking lots
).

nah mang, I feel your pain. since the damage is only cosmetic on your car and you've done so much, I think having a shop fix it and make it pretty again will be a better option than gettting a "new" one. you got your coupe new and know that you cared for it meticulously, you may have a newer cosmetically looking coupe if you do trade it, but you won't have that history or knowledge... I'm all about having yours fixed.
