2003 C320 4-Matic
Anyone in MA?
As I mentioned in a previous post I'm new to the whole MB world. Are there any members in the MA area who are currently making mods or are willing to help me learn what to do with my car?
I have a 2003 C320 4-Matic (I'll post pics tomorrow). I'm not sure if its a sport or not. Looking at it now I can see that it need s the following: wheels, the windows tined, probably a new grill, a flat emblem, roof spoiler, trunk spoiler, and I'm thinking about the chrome door and mirror inserts (not sure if its a good idea with all of the adhesive/double sided tape), and chrome going around the headlights and taillights.
This is definately a car that I plan on keeping for a while as a daily driver so i want it to look good while being mechanically sound. I figre it makes sense to deal with the immediate cosmetic stuff now and handle all of the hardcore mechical stuf later...But I'm not sure...
Thoughts?
Also, if anyone is aware of a quality tech in MA capable of both exterior and interior mods please let me know. I'm not opposed to paying for the service but there is something about making the changes yourself.

just search this W203 thread alone.... there are half-a-dozen Boston peeps in here with plenty of mods to imitate.

What I'm thinking of doing
These are the more immediate mods that I'm thiinking of:
- White Mirror Blinkers
- Clear Side Markers
- Chrome Grille
- Chrome Pins
- Wood andleather Steering Wheel (Love he look but worried about the airbag)
Thats high level what I can see myself doing immediately. I'm going to upload pictures of the car tonight so you guys can take a look. Not sure who to trust on ebay for quality. Any preferred vendors?

Those look like the side markers I bought..
The grille...is that the one you really like? have you checked them all out? Maybe if your open to suggestions kev and I can give you some ideas when you post your car pics...
The pins certainly add to the interior big time...make sure you get the surrounds, just like the set that you linked to...I got the set from ebay that comes in a nice mercedes benz sorta box for about 35 bucks.
The steering wheel is cool if you have the laurel interior, but personally, I would spend it on an exterior mod
