Multi-contour seats
Any pictures??
I was hoping the multi-contour seat would provide for better thigh bolsters thus giving more lateral support to the driver.
Anyone have pics or know where I can find pics of the seats and the multi-contour control? I have no idea what this looks like. ??

So...then I'm assuming there is no change in the appearance of the seats with multi-contour compared to the standard seats? Otherwise, I would imagine the passenger and driver's seats would look different, as the multi-contour is a 'driver's seat only' option.
I have the multicontour seats in my car - and YES you are correct - it is drivers side option only. There is no difference in the looks of the seats or the design.

The answer here is NO - you do not get more thigh bolster - the 4 adjustments are: 1. raises front part of seat under thighs. 2. lower lumbar support. 3. Upper lumbar/lower thoracic spine support. and 4. lateral side support. However, the lateral support does not keep you in the seat enough. I saw the C32 seats - they seem alot more supportive in this regard.

Sorry - I cant send pics - but the adjustment switches are on the right side of the seat, betweent he seat and centre consel. Sometimes I hit the switches when I attach the seat belt buckle - they are fairly close together.

I think MB could have designed the entire control unit a little better. Kind of cheesy/cheap if you think about it. If they could have put it on the seat itself, I think it would have been better.
comfort so on my 2002 C320 I ordered the multi-contour feature. Franklly I
will not order it again. The seat cushion extension mainly inflates a bag at
the front that makes for an uncomfortable roll under your legs. The side
bolster feature is ok. The back orthopedic bags are small like in the seat
cushion that put a narrow pressure on your back rather than covering a
larger area to provide good lumbar support. Save your money.
