Dont know if it helps anyone, but I have to get Service A done this week so I called all the service centres in the lower mainland to get price quotes. For my 2005 C230 this is what they said:
Location: $ Service A / $ Service B
West Broadway: $280/$580
North Vancouver: $350/$550
Richmond: $300/$500
Boundary Road: $275/$575
Surrey: $300/$600
Update: All these prices are Canadian dollars FYI.
Some people said that since my 2005 C230 takes less oil than most, it was slightly cheaper, but I dont know if all the guys I talked to bothered to take this into account, so your price may vary. Update: Also FYI, most dealers quoted me this price before I told them my model, so these prices should pertain to all models.

Canadian dollars as this is all info for Vancouver, BC. I think the prices pertain to all models, since most places quoted me that price BEFORE I told them what my model/year was.
