will these rims fit my 06 c230 sport with bbk and 02 c240 sedans?

i am getting a good deal on some rims for me and my friend's car. i have a 2006 c230 sport sedan with big brake kit and he has a 2002 c240 sedan with normal brakes. the specs of the rims are 19"x8.5" in the front with 35 offset and 19"x9.5" in the rear with 40 offset. your input will be appreciated. thanks.

The offset might be an issue, especially the front one. My friend has similar size wheels for the front and need offset of 32 or lower to clear the caliper.

Absolutely correct. I have a 06 C230SS and run 32ET up front and 35ET in the rear. A mininum of 32Et up front is required to clear the BBK.

The front will fit, but i think the rear won't, it may hit the rear strut. Can you do a test fit before you buy it??
