5mm Spacers

Do you need longer bolts for 5mm spacers?
I need them to clear the spring perch in front.

I have them tightened, about 3.5 turns.

3.5 turns might be a little too short. I think for a 12x1.5 bolt you should be around 6.5 turns.

could I use it for a week and change the bolts when they come, or just take off the spacers?

Honestly if were me for safety reasons I'd take the spacers off. But for only 5mm spacers you think you would get more than 3.5 turns? I just installed 15mm spacers for my rears and I'm using 35mm bolts just fine. I dont know exactly how many turns but it's at least 6 or 7.

u can used them for a while but no hard driving or long distance driving just to be safe i used short bolts on my 5mm for a while untill i purchase new longer bolts!
