Yes, but in addition you have 2 more bolts on the top that need to be removed that hold the grille in place. You do not need to completely take the grille off, it can be left attached to the bumper.

you don't have to, but I bought that bumper with the lip mounted on it, so I replaced my entire bumper along with the lip.

I have a small gap forming on each side of my bumber between the bumber and fender, is it possible to repair this or do I need a new bumber? Is there something I can tighten up?

I have noticed this on my friend's w203. You can take out the bracket that holds the bumper to the fender right there and squish it a bit so that it holds the bumper closer to the fender... Reinstall and enjoy!

Yep, thats really the main 'clamp' (if you will) that holds the two lines close together.
Edit: When I removed my bumper (coupe), those clamps were a real pain to put back on decently. I'll know better for next time, but wondered if anyone else found them hard to get in place...

is it easier to take the wheel off first then then fender lining? Also by Fender lining always gets torn up I have replaces them at least 4-5 times, it seems the push clamps always come out, can i put a screw in there?
