2005 Brake Replacement...How to
I may get flamed but I've searched under all kinds of different configurations for a play by play DIY on changing out 2005 c230 sport sedan front brake pads. I cannot find a thread that tells you exactly what steps to take to change out the pads. I do know I need a 14mm socket and will need to replace the sensors if the circuit has been compromised. Can someone please help...Thanks.

Something Slow
ok u dont need Any Sockets to Remove the Brake Pads
Remove Wheels
on the caliper u will see two metal pins holding a metal plate remove the 2 pins and the metal plate will fall out then remove/UnPlug the Sensor silde the Old Brake Pad out.
now open your Hood and Remove the Cover/top off the Brake fulid resvior
before putting in the New Pads
now push the Pistons in calipers to make room for the new pads put in pads in plug new sensor in replace metal plate over pads to keep them in place push the 2 mteal pins back in place put wheel on and your done! hope this helps pm me if you need more info!
