Finally got my fenders rolled today! Pretty legit! If you are in the SD area, hit up Robert Mercado from RGM Auto Repair on the Facebook and he will work on your fenders with a legit fender roller

It doesnt look any different. To see the work you would have to see the inside of the fender where he rolled the inner lip flat.

Did you know your car is being used in an Ebay ad for a replica fiberglass matig grill?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mercedes-Ben...3f3aeb&vxp=mtr

That's you right? On the bottom?
He claims it's an "actual picture" of his fiberglass item.
I doubt it. Am I correct?

Yeah my pictures have been constantly coming up on ebay left and right. Either for the replica mattig grilles to the garage liner lip that I had a while back Oh and yeah I am not rocking his fiberglass knock off.

Oh, in fiberglass. Paint IS required. Maybe he's got a grill with yellow arches to complete the look? Well, I've done it now.

No time to be bothered by losers who mix up yellow/red with silver/red.

Not to mention how hard it is to concentrate on hitting your apexes on the track while wearing big red shoes.

Im loving this picture of my car

Taken at the last mbjunkies meet up in Lake Forest.

Little update:

The mod bug has hit me hard and I have some plans in the works (mostly cosmetic). Some things that will for sure happen sooner than later would be
- Muteki extended lugs
- Interior LED lights
- Replacement of my thermostat

Its the little things that I still want to get done

I've also been intrigued to plastidip my car white. I've seen pics of other rides being done and it looks legit. Cheaper than vinyl and it peels off quite nicely. Im still up in the air about it but it looks pretty good. Im gonna expect negative comments on this one, but again this is just an idea.

Nice pics - only three coupies, though? Oy!

How exactly do you do an entire car in Plasti-dip? And how much does it cost? My concern would be that your wheels go so well with your color now; white - no so much.

Yeah the coupe community isnt as big as it used to be here in Southern California. All of you guys are spread across North America As for plastidipping your car, you can buy gallons of plastidip in pretty much any color you can think of and lay it down on your ride with a paint gun. To do an entire car it will probably run you about $200 bucks just for the plastidip.

Oh and white on gold looks clean to me

I also still have my black AMG style 3's too so i can switch it up to white on black wheels

I think the trick to making the plasti-dip work would be your method of laying it down on the car. i bet if you can get it loaded in a spray gun like you mentioned, itd come out great.
