Battery died, how do I get it out of park?

pop the gear lever cover off and you should see where you can stick a flathead screw driver down next to the gear lever. it'll manually disengage the gear lever lock. it should be in your owner's manual btw.

Man, I hope all of your stuff works out well. When I replaced my battery my sunroof stopped working. Still cant get it to work. Just makes a grinding noise.. worked perfectly until battery was changed.

Actaully, you need to pop the coin holder in the cupholder area and take a flat bald down at a forward angle to hit the release.
