Fog light settings

Noticed there is a orange and green setting for the fog light. What is the difference?

pull out once = green light = front fogs only

pull out twice = green and orange lights = front AND rear fogs.

LOL...One of my pet peaves also! Unless there is really heavy fog, no need to have that rear fog on. Only time I ever use the rear fog is near my house when the fog is all around and you can barely see in front or in back of you.

I wish you could leave your front fog lights on all the time without pulling the switch manually.

Apparently rear fog lights is a unique German feature (guess it is mandated by law). Whenever I check a car with rear fog on it is either a Benz, BMW, Audi or VW.

Here in Europe we have an MOT (Ministry Of Transport) test. Vehicles are required to have this test once a year at least to prove that the vehicle is road worthy and safe, without the certificate for this test, you can have your licence took from you and fined, you need a rear foglamp to pass this test. Just thought i'd fill ya'll in :P
