Buying/ownership advice Please?? C220/C270 CDi

Buying/ownership advice Please?? C220/C270 CDi
Hi,
After parting with my 55 Reg Golf GT TDi (one of the worst cars I have ever owned with regards to problems) I have decided that I most definately want to drive another C-Class
My problem is that I had it in my head that I really wanted to find a high mile 04 onwards avantgarde C220 CDi with sports pack (manual or auto im not that fussed) but there really isnt much around for the budget ive set, However I have been offered a C270 CDi Classic with the tiptronic box, it's an 04 04 (facelift model) but has tonnes of options, Xenons, full leather, heated screen etc etc, no sport pack mind.
I don't know enough about this model... any of you out there own one? or perhaps give me a few tips? The car is sub £10k with 100k on the clock and full MBSH, looks cheap on face value!
