no hood change the bottom piece below the grille comes black and ready to paint. i just wrapped mine in a white vinyl sticker, you can only notice from about 6 inches away.

actually, you do have to change the hood. This is an actual CL grill that was made for a W203. Lorinser actually restructured the hood to accomodate this grill. There are other company's out there that make an aftermarket grill with the star in the middle, but none of them will have as big a star as Lorinser's grill.
