D(st)ealer Experience
I know that this has been discussed in a lot of threads but lets try to combine it once more. I slept this those posts.:p
I would like to get additional info about d(st)ealers who lie and threaten you with service refusal and insult you politely because you didn't buy from them.
1) Who does what, when, where, and how to them?
2) What about MBUSA and their promise in their brochure regarding customer treatment?
3) How do find out about who the area rep is? Will it do any good?
4) Anything else you guys can think of.
Background:
Ran into a bunch of locals including managers last night. Must have been an office party, or something, and they tried handing out cards. Open mouth, insert foot.
I told'em I'd be happy to as long as they were as competitive as some of the deals posted on here (still trying to get over invoice on 02s. Don't know the difference between cost and invoice. Etc.). Wrong thing to say. Appearently one knows about this forum and that's when it started. I would've defended this forum but the odds were too stacked so I walked.
Maybe I ought to start a poll: Who is worse?: Stealers or Lawyers? ROFL

Salesmen will always be salesmen. When I was at the dealers I asked one when the next version of mb will come out. They guy gives me some vague number, something like 7 years. I knew he was BSing me. Then I asked him about the BMW and you know what he said? "yeah looks like they change models every year, doesn't it?"
