2005 C230K Sport Sedan, 6 speed manual
On my car (2005 C230K), I have to remove the belly pan. There are two pans under the engine, and it is the aft pan I always remove. It is held on by six screws with 8 mm heads. Once removed, the oil pan is visible, and the drain plug is right there on the side. Your car should be similar, I think.

MBWorld Fanatic!
Or get a drill powered Surflo pump from Boatersworld for 25 bucks and never crawl under the car again.
